Francois Einwaechter

President


Francois, an avid flyer, has extensive international experience, having lived/been an entrepreneur in the United States, Europe and Dubai. His background includes working in the entertainment field for the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, major concert promotions in Europe, Commodity Sales in Dubai and Switzerland and in Corporate Aircraft Sales since 2009. He is also fluent in German, French and some Italian. With his knowledge and relationships in global business, Francois brings an advantage, for his clients, to tailor fit aircraft transactions for each individual or company.

Jennifer Einwaechter

Jennifer has always had a passion for aviation. She prides herself on professionalism and customer service. This young business professional has had a diverse background that is heavily rooted in communication and management. Having traveled the world, her global understanding is what helps her to be a well-rounded consultant. She is very excited to join her husband Francois and help connect the aircraft buyer to their fitting aircraft.

Ruben torres

Ruben Torres is seasoned in the Aviation Industry, holding 53 years of experience and approximately 13,000 flight hours logged on numerous different type ratings. First, gaining his degree in airframe, powerplant mechanics, and flight training from Embry Riddle Aeronautical Institute. Going on to start the first 125 certificates, in Puerto Rico with a Convair 240 called west Atlantic Air. Pressing onwards to be the founding member of Flamenco Airways in 1976, now being operated by his sons still operational to this day. Joining our team at Lido Aviation with a passion to keep active in the Aviation Industry.

 

 

David shellhart

David is a retired US Marine, Iraq war veteran, and lifelong aviation enthusiast. Right out of high school, he joined the Marines and began his career as an H-53 mechanic. In 2006 he returned to school and started working with the MV-22 Tiltrotor Aircraft. Through the next few years, David lived in North Carolina; San Diego, California; and Okinawa, Japan. Everywhere he worked, he learned that people come first, and passion is contagious. He learned the importance of trust, and that it is earned through meticulous attention to detail. David is now living in Sarasota and bringing his passion for aircraft and personable nature to assist you from start to finish on your Aircraft purchase and acquisitions.

Charles Sealy

Charles has an eclectic background in business development, sales, and marketing. He found his love of aviation at a very young age when he sat in his dad’s F-4 fighter jet at Nellis Air Force Base. He’s been hooked on aviation ever since. Because of his experience in creating lasting relationships with business professionals across the globe, when the opportunity presented itself at Lido Aviation, it was a perfect fit.

Stephanie Sands

Stephanie’s passion for helping others solve problems and achieve their goals has been quite useful in her aircraft sales career, which was preceded by 14 years of education teaching and sales. This combined experience has allowed Stephanie to build strong and lasting relationships with her clients.  Stephanie has a unique approach to marketing and a very strong work ethnic. Her desire to satisfy her client’s needs and exceed their expectations are her top priorities.

Stephanie has a BA in Elementary Education from Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana where she was born and raised.  She has a love for traveling and has lived in Daegu, South Korea; Durango, Colorado; and Chicago, Illinois, and she currently resides in Sarasota, Florida.
